Young Sheldon Spaghetti Recipe
The different food must not touch each other on the plate. The ketchup and mustard should come from packets not bottle. The meats to be cooked at specific temperature. If you know Sheldon Lee Cooper then you know how precisely he likes his food. Fortunately spaghetti is his favourite and there are lesser rules.

- 5 medium sized tomatoes
- 6 1-inch slices of bacon
- 2 cups onions (diced)
- 5 cloves sliced garlic
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 pack spaghetti
- 1/2 cup pecorino cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
- Heat a large pan filled 3/4th with water.
- Bring the water to a boil and blanch the tomatoes.
- Once cool enough to handle, peel the skin off the tomatoes and crush them.
- Saute bacon in a pan and render the fat.
- Remove the bacon and add olive oil to the pan.
- Keeping the flame medium, add onions, salt and red pepper flakes.
- Saute till the onions soften, add garlic and let them soften too.
- Add tomatoes, salt and the bacon.
- Let the sauce boil then reduce the heat, cover the pan and let it simmer till it thickens.
- Boil the pasta in salted water according to the cook time on the pack.
- Reserve about half a cup of the pasta water.
- Heat up the sauce and add the spaghetti.
- Let the spaghetti absorb the sauce and then add the reserved pasta water and continue cooking.
- Once done remove from heat and toss with half a cup of the cheese and garnish with some after serving.
