Stuffed Mushroom Recipe

Ingredients
- 12 whole fresh mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 package cream cheese softened, 8 ounce
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper

Instructions
- Preheat your over to 350 degrees F or 175 Degrees C.
- Take a baking sheet and spray with cooking spray.
- Clean the mushrooms well.
- In a large pan, add some oil.
- Once the oil is heated, add garlic an chopped mushroom stems.
- Fry well. but don't let it burn
- Set aside to cool.
- Once it is cool, add in the cream cheese, parmesan cheese, black pepper, onion powder and cayenne pepper.
- Now using a little spoon, fill in each of the mushroom heads with the stuffing
- Arrange on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes in oven.
- Serve
