Grapefruit Spritz
This recipe, courtesy of Belvedere and Marie Claire, is super easy to make, and will go down like a dream in this summer heat. Plus, who doesn’t fancy a vodka cocktail every now and then?

- 1 ounce belvedere vodka
- 1 ounce Lillet Blanc
- 2 grapefruit slices
- sprig thyme for garnish

- Combine all ingredients in a Belvedere spritz glass, over ice. Top with equal parts of sparkling water and Fever Tree tonic water. Garnish with a grapefruit slice and a sprig of thyme.
