Christmas Butter Toffee Recipe
If there are kids visiting your home this Christmas then it’s always good to have a jar full of candy. And when it’s made by you it’s even more special and is free of additives.

                - 2 cups Almonds
 - 11 ounces c chopped milk chocolate
 - 1 cup butter
 - 1 cup sugar
 - 3 tbsp cold water

    Instructions
    
                - Toast the almonds on a pan and let them cool.
 - Grind chocolate and almonds separately.
 - Grease a baking dish and put a cup of almonds on it.
 - Put the same amount of chocolate on the almonds.
 - Now heat butter in a pan.
 - Add sugar and water to the butter.
 - Let the temperature come up to 290°F while stirring.
 - Once the mixture reaches the candy temperature, pour it on the chocolate and almonds on the baking tray.
 - Put the remaining nuts and chocolate on this.
 - Put the candy in the refrigerator to for a few hours.
 - Break and store in a jar.
