Shrimp Tempura Recipe
It’s Tempura Day and looking at the weather it seems perfect to fry up some shrimp. So let’s gear up for a sumptuous treat!

    Ingredients
    
                - 1 cup all purpose flour
 - 2 tbsp cornstarch
 - 1 pinch Salt
 - 1 cup Water
 - 1 egg yolk
 - 2 egg whites
 - 1 pound deveined shrimp
 - oil for frying

    Instructions
    
                - Bring oil temperature to 190°C.
 - Meanwhile, mix all the dry ingredients.
 - Make a small well in the middle and add water and egg yolk.
 - Mix well and stir in the egg whites.
 - Once the oil reaches the mentioned temperature, start dipping the shrimp in the batter and putting them in the oil.
 - Once the shrimp is golden brown, bring them out of the oil.
 - Drain excess oil and serve hot.
