Celebrate Avocado Day at Sanchez Indirangar and UB City

If you’re an avocado lover then you need to visit Sanchez this Avocado Day! Chef Vikas Seth has created a special dish at Sanchez Indiranagar & UB City to celebrate Avocado Day on Wednesday, 31st July. The citrusy Guajillo Avocado Fries are lightly battered, spiced with guajillo and arbol chili and served with smokey chipotle salsa and sour cream on the side.

The menus at both the restaurants also feature a host of Avocado specials. The hero at Sanchez Taqueria in Indiranagar is The Avocado Toast Theory with versions like smashed beetroot , charred corn, roasted bell peppers and glazed pumpkin. The live guacamole made at the table is a crowd pleaser, and Chef Vikas adds various adornments to it. Light and refreshing!

Love an avocado drink? The Avocado Margarita comes in an Avocado shell doing its bit for sustainability. The Dark Chocolate Avocado comes as delicious surprise and a perfect wrap to a meal. The dessert made with the base of avocado is a vegan option served with toasted pepitas and cinnamon dusted nachos.
