- 2 cups Potato
- 2 tbsp Poppy seeds khus-khus
- 3 Dry Red Chillies broken into pieces
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder haldi
- 2 tsp Oil
- Salt to taste

Instructions
- Place the poppy seeds on a microwave-proof plate, cover with a lid and microwave on high for 2 minutes. Coarsely grind in a mixer and keep aside.
- Combine the potatoes with 1 teaspoon of the oil in another microwave-proof plate and microwave on high for 8 minutes, mixing twice in between. Keep aside.
- Combine the remaining oil, dry red chillies, turmeric powder and ground poppy seeds in a microwave-proof bowl, mix well and microwave on high for ½ minute.
- Add the potatoes and salt, mix well and microwave on high for 1 minute.
- Serve hot.
