- 5 cups of chicken broth
- 1 can of cream-style corn 500ml
- 1/4 cup of butter
- 1 stalk of celery chopped
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 1/2 tbsp of all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp of ground ntumeg
- 1 egg

Instructions
- Add the chicken broth to a medium sauce pan over medium heat.
- Add the can of corn to the chicken broth and let it come to a boil.
- After it reaches the boiling stage, reduce heat and let it simmer.
- Melt the butter in a frying pan and stir in the onion and celery.
- Cook the vegetables for 5 minutes or until it becomes tender
- Add the flour and cook for 2 minutes until the raw taste of the flour is reduced
- Add the broth mixture to the pan and continue whisking to avoid lumps.
- Add the nutmeg and reduce the heat to let the soup simmer
- Add egg in a bowl and whisk it thoroughly
- Using a fork drop the egg into the simmering soup and separate the egg to form egg strands
- Let the egg cook for 2-3 minutes on medium heat
- Remove from heat, add black pepper and serve
