Guacamole is an avocado-based dip or salad first created by the Aztecs in what is now Mexico. Most often considered tortilla chips' best friend, guacamole, is an easy-to-make and healthy comfort food.

Ingredients
- 2 avocados
- 1 cup chopped tomatoes
- 1/4 cup choppen onions
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
- 1 jalepeno pepper seeded and minced (optional)
- salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Peel and Pit the avocados.
- In a bowl, mash the avocados till they are soft and creamy.
- Mix the tomatoes, onions, cilantro, lemon juice and jalepeno pepper into mashed avocado until well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper.
