Ingredients

- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder haldi
- 1/2 tsp chilli powder
- 1/2 tbsp grated ginger adrak
- 1/2 tsp freshly ground black peppercorns kalimirch
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds powder jeera
- pinch agaram masala
- salt and sugar to taste
- 1 tbsp Water
Other Ingredients
- 2 cups green peas
- 1 tbsp ghee
- 1 bayleaf tejpatta
- 1/4 cup Milk
- Salt to taste
For The Garnish
- 2 tbsp finely chopped coriander dhania

Instructions
- Put the green peas in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave on high for 3 minutes, stirring once in between after 1½ minutes. Keep aside.
- Put the ghee in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave on high for 30 seconds.
- Add the cooked green peas and bayleaf, mix well and microwave on high for 2 minutes, stirring once in between after 1 minute.
- Add the prepared paste and 1½ cups of water, mix well and microwave on high for 2 minutes, stirring once in between after 1 minute.
- Add the milk and salt and blend well using a hand blender.
- Serve immediately garnished with coriander.
