On the occasion of Lohri, Taftoon presents a winter special Thaal that features sweet and savoury dishes like Sarso Da Saag (a vegetable with mustard greens and spices such as garam masala, ginger and garlic), Makke Di Roti (an Indian bread made with corn meal), Saag Waala Chicken (Chicken made in spinach gravy), Popcorn, Rewari(crunch sweet made with sugar, jaggery, sesame seeds and nuts)Punjabi Gur (Jaggery) and Gajar Ka Halwa (carrot-based sweet dessert pudding).
