Get Tipsy The Tiki Way At Three Dots and A Dash JP Nagar
Bangalore is fairly well known for it’s ‘pub culture’ as well as its love for craft beer. However, craft cocktails are also extremely popular in the Garden City, with cocktail connoisseurs growing by the day. Three Dots and A Dash caught our eye with their quirky, tiki bar ambiance, and their original cocktails that looked absolutely stunning. So, when we were invited to sample a few of their signature cocktails, we definitely couldn’t say no!
Three Dots and A Dash was one of the first places in Bangalore to hop aboard the dry ice train, and we couldn’t wait to see how the cocktails translated in real life! We started our traipse into the tiki way with the Pineapple Paradise, a rum-based delight that combined a touch of Malibu with pineapple juice – a match made in heaven. Oh, and did we mention that it was served in an actual pineapple? We loved the originality and drama of the Pineapple Paradise, definitely one of our favorites!
Next, we tried to clear our heads with the Fog Cutter, which will definitely cure any hangover you’ve got! It has a combination of aged rum, whiskey, and gin, so it’s certainly not for the faint-hearted. However, it doesn’t come off as too strong, thanks to the orange and pineapple juice, and the honey syrup. And, before we forget, it’s served up deliciously in a whole coconut!
Finally, we tried the namesake cocktail, the Three Dots and A Dash, which we discovered means V for victory in Morse Code, and let us tell you, you’ll certainly feel victorious after sipping this cocktail. The perfect way to end our tipsy afternoon, the Three Dots and A Dash cocktail combined white rum and brandy, with apple juice, and, surprisingly, Red Bull. We honestly weren’t expecting how delicious that combination would taste with the Red Bull – the perfect cocktail to end on!
So, if you’re looking for some delicious cocktails that drink as good as they look, some A grade music, and want to enjoy a relaxing, Hawaiian vibe then head to Three Dots and A Dash for a tipsy, tiki time!
