Ingredients
- 2 cups button mushroom chopped
- 8-10 Parottas cut/torn into pieces
- 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
- 1 strand Curry leaves
- 1 onion chopped
- 2 green chillies chopped
- 2 teaspoons ginger and garlic paste
- 1 tomato chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garam masala
- 1 tablespoon coriander leaves chopped
- salt to taste

Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan and add the onion, green chillies and curry leaves.
- Once the onion cooks, add ginger and garlic paste and cook for a minute.
- Add the tomatoes and salt; cook for another three minutes.
- Add the mushroom and cook for a minute or two.
- Add the turmeric, chilli powder, coriander powder and garam masala.
- Mix well and cook for thirty seconds.
- Add the chopped parotta and cook for a minute, stirring rigorously. Remove from heat.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
