Ingredients
- 1 large potato-baked
- 1/2 cup hung yogurt
- 1 Tbsp whole grain mustard
- 1 Tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 Tbsp chopped onion
- salt and pepper for seasoning

Instructions
- In a bowl mix hung yogurt, whole grain mustard, chopped onions, salt and pepper.
- Cut the potato in large cubes, mix with the dressing.
- Served chilled topped with chopped parsley.
