Instructions
- Heat 4 tbsp oil.
- Fry capsicums and potatoes.
- Add the asafoetida, cashewnuts and peanuts.
- Fry for 5 minutes.
- Add the ground masala, tamarind juice and jaggery.
- Cook on a slow fire till done.
- Add salt and simmer.
- Add water if needed.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
- Serve with chapatti.
