Ingredients
For marination:
- 300 grams chicken (boneless) cut into small pieces
- 2 tablespoons Curd (Dahi / Yogurt)
- 1 tablespoon Ginger paste
- 1 tablespoon garlic paste
- 1 tablespoon green chilli paste
- 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- Salt as required
For green masala:
For tempering:
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon ghee
- 3 green chillies
- 4 sprig Curry Leaves
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- Salt as needed

Instructions
- Andhra Green Chilli Chicken recipe: Wash the chicken and strain the water completely.
- To the chicken, add curd, ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste, salt and marinate in the fridge for about one hour.
- Green Masala Preparation: The masala can be prepared meanwhile by grinding coriander leaves, curry leaves, cumin seeds. Prepare a fine paste and keep it aside.
- Heat oil or ghee in a kadai. Next add finely chopped onions, curry leaves, green chilles. Saute till the onion is translucent.
- Add 2 to 3 tablespoon of green masala, soya sauce and mix well.
- Next add the marinated chicken and fry with green masala mix until the moisture evaporates. Now the chicken is tender and nicely cooked.
- Finally add the salt, fresh chopped green coriander on top. Turn off the heat and serve hot.
