Baileys Irish Margarita
This cocktail literally combines all of your (okay my) favourite things! Baileys is always a winner, whether it’s in a cocktail or straight up (for a boozy dessert). However, this Baileys Irish Margarita combines Baileys (obviously), tequila and ice cream for an absolute winner!

- 1 ounce tequila
- 1 scoop vanilla ice cream or more 🙂

- Add all the ingredients to a blender and fill with ice.
- Blend until smooth and pour into a highball glass. Delicious!
