Barley Gramflour Paratha Recipe

- 1/2 cup Barley flour
- 1/2 cup Gram Flour
- 1 cup Wheat flour
- ½ tsp Ajwain /omam
- ½ tsp Jeera
- ½ tsp pepper powder
- Salt to taste
- Water as required
- Oil as required

Instructions
- In a pan, add the gram flour and roast.
- Once you get a pleasant aroma, remove from pan and allow it to cool.
- In a large mixing bowl, add the three flours and mix very well.
- Now, add the spices and salt.
- Mix well.
- Now add water slowly and knead into a smooth dough.
- Let this be for 20 minute.
- Divide into round balls.
- Roll out the discs into circular chapattis.
- Heat a flat pan, and add the circular paratha on it.
- Flip and cook until it is brown on both sides.
