Bel Phal Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 Ripe bel fruit
- 80 ml mango pulp
- 100 gms yogurt
- 400 ml Milk
- 60 ml honey
- 1 pinch Black salt
- ice cubes as required

Instructions
- First break the Bel fruit and scoop out the fruit pulp and squeeze, add mango pulp, yoghurt, milk, ice cubes and mix thoroughly with the help of whisker.
- Add Honey & Black Salt.
- Strain the mixture through strainer to get smoothie.
- Serve chilled and enjoy to get some instant relief from the heat.
