Honestly, you would be hard pressed to find a problem with a BLT, unless of course isn’t made from vacon (ick). However, bless all those bacon lovers in the world because they’ve come up with a BLT cocktail. Literally the only thing better than eating a BLT is getting drunk off one! Ingredients

BLT Cocktail

• 1 piece crisp fried bacon blended into bacon dust
• 1 1/2 ounces bacon infused vodka
• 3 ounces tomato juice
• a splash of Tabasco to taste
• 1 iceberg lettuce ice cube

Iceberg lettuce ice cubes

• iceberg lettuce pureed
• 1 tbsp Salt
• Juice of one lemon

Instructions

Iceberg Lettuce ice cubes

1. Run lettuce through a juicer, or puree in food processor add the juice of one lemon and 1 tbs of salt and then strain. Freeze.

BLT Cocktail

1. Moisten the edge of a Rocks Glass, and roll the edge in the pulverized bacon dust to coat the rim of the glass.
2. Add Ice cube, vodka, tabasco and tomato juice and stir gently. Bacon away!
