- 1/2 tsp chai masala
- 2 tbsp tea powder
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 2 stalks lemon grass
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 2 cups Milk

Instructions
- Put all the ingredients except milk along with two cups of water in a boiling pan.
- Let the mixture come to a boil and simmer for two minutes.
- Now add milk and give it a rolling boil.
- Bring the flame to low and let the tea simmer for five minutes.
- Strain and serve hot.
