Ingredients
- 3 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 1/4 cups peeled and cubed potatoes
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 7- 8 leaves Curry kadi patta
- 1/4 tsp Mustard seeds rai / sarson
- 1/4 tsp Cumin seeds jeera
- 2 green chillies lengthwise
- 1/4 tsp Asafoetida hing
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder haldi
- t salto taste
- 1/2 tsp coriander seeds powder dhania
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp sugar

Instructions
- Heat the oil in a broad non-stick and add the mustard seeds, cumin seeds.
- When the seeds crackle add the asafoetida, turmeric powder, curry leaves and green chillies and sauté a minute.
- Add the cabbage, potato and salt, mix well. Cover and cook on a high flame for 8 to 10 minutes or till the cabbage are tender.
- Add the coriander seeds powder, chilli powder and sugar, mix well and cook on a slow flame for more 2 to 3 minutes, while stirring once in between.
- Serve hot.
