California Sushi Roll

    Ingredients
    
                - 4 cups Water
 - 2 cups white rice
 - cup ½seasoned rice vinegar
 - 1 tsp white sugar
 - 1 tsp Salt
 - 1 tbsp mayonnaise
 - 5 sheets nori
 - 1 avacado sliced
 - cup ¼red caviar
 - 1 cucumber seeded and sliced into strips
 - 2 tbsp pickled ginger
 - 2 tbsp soy sauce
 - 1 tbsp wasabi paste

    Instructions
    
                - Boil the rice in the water. Once it boils, reduce the heat to medium and simmer until the rice is tender and the water is completely absorbed.
 - Once cooked, stir the rice vinegar into the rice using a wooden spoon.
 - Add the sugar and salt and allow the mixture to cool
 - Mix the crab meat and mayonnaise in a separate bowl.
 - Spread a sheet of nori on a flat surface.
 - Spread a layer of rice on the nori.
 - Put the nori, rice side down on a sushi rolling mat.
 - Then, place avocado slices over the nori sheet, in one layer.
 - Add two to three tablespoons of the crab and mayonnaise mixture over the avocado.
 - Spoon a little tobiko on the avocado crab mixture and place to cucumber strips over that.
 - Using the mat, roll the California roll into a log.
 - Remove the rolling mat and top the roll with more tobiko.
 - Cut the roll into six pieces using a wet knife.
 - Repeat with the other sheets of nori.
 - Serve with wasabi paste, ginger and soy sauce.
