- 2 sweet corn cobs
- 2 tbsp butter
- lettuce leaves

Instructions
- Clean the corn and trim the edges.
- Brush each corn cob with butter and place in wet lettuce leaves.
- Seal the corn cob in aluminium foil and put on a charcoal grill, turning it continuously. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Serve hot.
