Chicken Pot Pie Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 packet pie crust
- teaspoon ¼dried thyme leaves
- 2 cups diced cooked chicken
- 1 jar roasted chicken gravy
- 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables thawed

Instructions
- Heat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Let the pie crust soften and place it in the bottom and the sides of a 1 quart casserole.
- In a saucepan, bring to boil all the filling ingredients. Pour this into the crust lined casseroles.
- Take another crust and make holes in the crust. Top the casserole and seal the edges.
- Bake for 30 minutes and enjoy hot!
