- 1 pound sliced brussels sprouts
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 finely chopped onion
- 1 tbsp minced ginger
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Water
- 1/4 tsp pepper

Instructions
- Heat up a skillet and add brussels sprouts.
- Cook for about three minutes and then coat with oil.
- Toss and add ginger, garlic, onions and salt.
- Stir and add water.
- Put the flame on low and cover the skillet.
- Let it cook till the vegetables are done.
- Stir in pepper at the end and serve hot.
