Christmas Peppermint Meringues Recipe
Make these awesome little meringues to distribute and enjoy during the holidays and all through the festive season.

- 2 egg whites
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp cream of tartar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 crushed peppermint candy cane

Instructions
- Beat eggs for two minutes in a bowl.
- Add salt and cream of tartar.
- Beat again till you get peaks.
- Now little by little beat in the sugar.
- Once there are hard peaks put a spoonful on meringue blob on baking sheets lined with parchment.
- Sprinkle candy over these.
- Now bake for about an hour and a half at 225°F.
- Cool the meringues down completely before storing or eating.
