Instructions
Add butter to a saucepan on medium heat
Add the beaten eggs into the pan and let it cook until the bottom of the eggs begins to firm up
Add the cottage cheese and chives into the pan and season with pepper.
Keep stirring until the eggs are set
Remove from heat and serve hot immediately
