Instructions
  1. Muddle fresh ginger in a shaker, and add the remaining ingredients except for the Craigellachie 13.
  2. Fill the shaker with ice, and shake until chilled.
  3. Double-strain into an ice-filled rocks glass, and float the Craigellachie on top. Garnish with a piece of candied ginger.
