Ingredients
- 250 gram Lady’s Finger (Bhindi)
- 2 Green chilies Chopped
- 2 teaspoon Red chilies pounded
- 3 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon Garam masala powder
- 250 gms curd
- 100 ml Oil
- Salt to taste

Instructions
- In a blender, mix the garam masala powder, pounded red chilies, curd, salt and half of the chopped green chilies.
- Wash the Bhindi and trim them. Take a knife and make slits in the bhindi.
- This will help the vegetable to soak in the masala.
- Now, marinate the bhindi in the curd mixture and set aside for approximately 20 minutes
- Take a wok or a ‘kadai’ and heat the oil or ghee.
- Once the oil is hot, add the rest of the chopped green chilies, ginger garlic paste and turmeric and fry well.
- Now, add the bhindi and curd mixture and cook nicely for approximately 10 minutes.
- After this, add ghee or butter and sprinkle garam masala powder on the bhindi. Cover the wok and cook for another 5 minutes on a low heat.
- Now, remove the lid and toss, turn and cook well for 10 minutes till the mixture turns dry.
- Remove from fire and serve hot, garnished with coriander leaves.
