- 2 Teaspoons corn flour
- 1 Teaspoons. all purpose flour
- 1 Pinch pepper powder
- Salt To Taste.
- 1 Cup Bread crumbs 1 Cup.
- 4 eggs boiled
- Oil To Fry

Instructions
- Take corn flour in a plate then add and or all purpose flour, pepper powder, salt, water and mix it to make a thick slurry.
- Dip boiled egg pieces(remove the yellow part) in the slurry and coat properly.
- Crispy egg wedges are ready to serve with any kind of sauce of your taste.
- Deep fry these egg wedges in hot oil and take them out on paper towel when they turn golden brown.
