Ingredients
- 2 lbs lean ground beef
- 1 can tomato juice (46 ounce)
- 1 can Tomato sauce (29 ounce)
- 1 1⁄2 cups onions chopped
- 1⁄2 cup celery chopped
- 1⁄4 cup green bell pepper chopped
- 1⁄4 cup chili powder
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1⁄2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1⁄2 teaspoon white sugar
- 1⁄8 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
- 2 cups canned red beans drained and rinsed

Instructions
- Place ground beef in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium-high heat until evenly brown. Drain, crumble, and set aside.
- Add all ingredients to a large kettle. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally.
