FRIENDS Joey’s Peanut Butter Fingers Recipe
Well, these aren’t exactly how Joey describes it which is dipping your fingers into a jar of peanut butter. No. But they are tasty and we’re sure Monica will approve of these!

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup softened butter
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 3 tbsp Milk

Instructions
- Keep the oven on preheat at 325 F.
- Use butter to grease the baking pan.
- Whisk cream, butter and both sugars in a mixing bowl.
- Once you get a smooth mixture, whisk in the egg along with one-third cup of peanut butter and vanilla.
- Now fold in the oats and pour the batter in the baking pan spreading it evenly.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips on top as soon as you take it out of the oven.
- Let it melt down for 5 minutes and then spread over the top using a spatula.
- Now let it cool down and make the glaze meanwhile.
- Mix the confectioners’ sugar and one-fourth cup of peanut butter and whisk till smooth.
- Now add milk little by little while stirring.
- Once it is smooth enough to pour, drizzle it over the cooled down bar.
- Cut up the bar the way you like and enjoy peanut butter fingers.
