Frozen Chocolate Wind
Science may not be that complicated after all. In fact, it’s not complicated at all when it gives us a new way of eating chocolate. It will emulsify even those who aren’t big-time fans of chocolate OR cooking. Check out this easy recipe that gives an airy twist to Chocolate!

Ingredients
- 2 grams Soy lecithin
- 85 grams dark chocolate finely chopped
- 1 cup Water

Instructions
- Combine the water and chocolate in a saucepan and bring to a boil
- Refrigerate the mixture for 10 minutes
- Now dissolve the soy lecithin into the chocolate mixture and beat with a hand blender or eggbeater to create foam
- Put the foam in the freezer and voila!
- Either slice or spoon the foam and serve immediately
