Fruit Cream Recipe
Instructions
- Take 2 tbsp milk in a bowl and add 4-5 strands of saffron in it. Let it soak in it for 5-6 mins.
- Beat the hung curd in a bowl and add sugar in it.
- Add plain milk & cream and mix well.
- Now add the saffron strands along with the milk they were soaked in.
- Add any fruits of your choice. You can also add finely cut dry fruits like cashews and almonds.
- Use saffron strands to garnish. Serve chilled.
