Ingredients
- 1 cup cauliflower
- 1 cup tomato purée
- 2 tbsp onion paste
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste (Each 1 tbsp)
- 1 green chilli (Sliced)
- 2 tbsp coriander leaves (Chopped)
- 1/2 tbsp Cumin seeds
- 3 tbsp Curd or fresh cream (Fully whisked)
- 1/4 cup Cashew nut paste
- 1/4 tbsp Turmeric powder
- 1/2 tbsp red chilli powder
- 1 tbsp Garam masla powder
- 1 tbsp Cumin powder
- 1 tbsp coriander powder
- salt to taste
- 1/2 tsbp sugar
- 1 inch cube butter
- 2 tbsp Oil
- Water as needed
For Batter
- 4 tbsp maida
- 2 tbsp corn flour
- salt to taste
- 1/2 tbsp pepper powder
- Water as needed

Instructions
- Take a bowl with all Batter ingredients & mix well. The batter should be thick milk consistency.
- Wash & chop cauliflower then place it in boiling water & add salt leave it for 2 min. Then drain water.
- Dip each cauliflower in maida mixture then deep fry till golden brown.
- Heat pan with oil and butter add cumin seeds. Then add onion, ginger and garlic paste sauté till raw smell out.
- Add green chilli & tomato puree mix well & let it boil. Then add cumin powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder & water if required.
- Add deep fried cauliflower and garam masala powder mix well. Then add cashew nut paste.
- When boiling, add curd, sugar & salt mix well. Cut of heat, add chopped coriander leaves and butter serve hot with chapatti, roti, naan, rice etc
