Ingredients
- 1 cup finely chopped spring onions whites and greens
- 1 tbsp finely chopped ginger adrak
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp Oil
- salt to taste

Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients except the oil in a bowl and mix well.
- Heat the oil to boiling point, pour over the spring onion mixture and mix well again.
- Allow it to cool completely and serve.
Recipe Notes
Chop the spring onion green and whites separately and then mix them together.
