Ingredients
- 2 cups bengal gram dhal flour (Besan flour)
- 1 cup Rice flour
- 1 cup ground nut (peanut)
- 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
- Salt as per taste
- 1 spring Curry Leaves
- Oil for deep frying

Instructions
- Mix Bengal gram dhal flour, rice flour, groundnuts, red chilli powder, curry leaves, salt.
- Add one tablespoon hot oil and mix well.
- Just sprinkle handful of water and make a loose dough.
- Put this dough little by little into hot oil and deep fry till golden brown.
