Harry’s Bar Toasted Sandwich With Parmesan Cream & Honey Glazed Ham

- 6 slices sandwich bread
- 300 g fontina cheese
- 300 g honey glazed ham
- 100 g Parmesan cheese
- 3 egg yolk
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- 200 g butter
- 20 ml olive oil

Instructions
- Mix egg yolks, mustard and parmesan cheese.
- Slice honey glazed ham to medium thin
- Spread the parmesan cream on 3 slices of bread, add sliced fontina cheese, ham and cover with 3 more slices of bread.
- Cut the dark boarder of the sandwiches and cut the sandwich into 3 inches x 1 inch rectangles.
- In a non sticky pan melt butter with olive oil and sear the mini sandwich both sides until golden brown.
- Serve Harrys bar on a plate with dollies.
