Jockey Club Cocktail
A relative of the Manhattan, many claimed that the Jockey Club was just that – but with a different name. However, the Jockey Club cocktail isn’t merely an attempt to hitch a ride on the popularity of the Manhattan. For starters, it swaps out spicy rye for smooth bourbon and adds maraschino liqueur for a fruit-forward note. Don’t believe me, whip them both up and see the difference!
