- 100 gram green peas
- 100 gram button mushrooms sliced lengthwise
- 10 gram Cumin seeds
- 5 gram coriander powder
- 10 gram red chili powder
- 15 gram Garam masala powder
- 50 gram Pureed Tomato
- 50 gram pureed onion
- 5 gram chopped green chili
- 10 gram coriander leaves
- 25 gram chopped cashew nuts
- 20 gram Oil
- 10 gram butter
- 20 gram fresh cream
- salt to taste

Instructions
- Heat the oil In a pan.
- Add cumin seed and onion and tomato paste and cook until brown.
- Now add all other spices, cashew paste, green peas and mushroom. And cook covered till done, about 10 minutes.
- Garnish with cream, butter, and coriander leaves.
- Serve hot.
