Kiwi Mai Tai
The Mai Tai is already associated with fabulous summer days and exotic vacation locales. Give this rum classic a bit of an update with a bit of kiwi. Recipe courtesy of The Chic Site.

Ingredients
- 3 ounces pineapple juice
- 2 ounces kiwi blend
- 1 1/2 ounces dark rum
- 1 ounce coconut rum
- 1 tsp grenadine syrup
- Kiwi Slices for garnish
- maraschino cherries for garnish

Instructions
- Fill a tall cocktail glass with ice. Pour each of the ingredients in layers, starting with the pineapple juice and kiwi juice. Then the light rum, dark rum and grenadine. Garnish with kiwi slices and cherries. Enjoy!
