- 250 g lauki bottle gourd
- 3 cup curd
- tsp ½red chili powder
- tsp ½chaat masala
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- salt to taste

Instructions
- Peel and grate the bottle gourd.
- Boil the grated bottle gourd with a pinch salt for 5 minutes.
- Drain out the water and let the bottle gourd cool down.
- Meanwhile, whisk chilled yogurt along with salt, chaat masala and red chili powder.
- Add in the boiled lauki and mix well.
- Dry roast cumin and make a coarse powder.
- Serve lauki raita cold sprinkled with cumin powder.
