Little Things Mutton Cutlet Recipe
Dhruv and Kavya are big on food and we just love them for that. Their date plans too somewhat begin or at least end with food. Though mutton cutlet day didn’t work out for them, we surely vouched for making them!

Ingredients
- 2 cups minced lamb meat
- 4 slices bread
- 1 tbsp garlic paste
- 1/2 tbsp Ginger paste
- 2 chopped Green chillies
- 1 tbsp powdered cumin
- 2 tsp red chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp powdered turmeric
- 1 tbsp Chopped coriander
- 1 tbsp chopped mint
- Salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 cup bread crumbs

Instructions
- Soak the bread in water and crush it up.
- To this add the meat and all the spices and seasoning.
- Keep oil on heat and meanwhile whisk the eggs in a bowl.
- Taking equal portions, make a patty out of the lamb mix, dip in the egg mixture and then coat in the crumbs.
- Add the patty to the hot oil and cook till golden brown on both sides.
- Repeat this till all the cutlets are cooked and serve.
