Little Things Red Curry Recipe
Started off as a web series, there’s nothing more that has glued the youngsters than Little Things. On popular demand it is back for a second season on Netflix and we’re sitting down to binge watch both seasons. Of course we’d need to keep our hunger pangs at bay. Which is why we’re making a Thai Curry just like Kavya wanted to.

    Ingredients
    
                - 1 tbsp Oil
 - 1 1/2 pound 1-inch chunks chicken breast
 - salt to taste
 - pepper to taste
 - 2 minced shallots
 - 3 cloves minced garlic
 - 3 tbsp red curry paste
 - 1 tbsp grated ginger
 - 14 ounces coconut milk
 - 1 bunch cut up broccolini
 - 2 sliced green onions
 - 3 tbsp chopped cilantro
 - 2 tbsp lime juice

    Instructions
    
                - Sprinkle salt and pepper on chicken chunks.
 - Heat oil in a large pan and add the chicken.
 - Add the shallots and garlic as well and cook till the chicken is golden in colour.
 - Add red curry paste and ginger.
 - Stir and cook for a minute.
 - Now add coconut milk, give it a stir and bring to a boil.
 - Reduce the flame to low and let the gravy simmer stirring occasionally.
 - After about 10 minutes of cooking add broccolini and cook till the vegetable is tender.
 - Turn off the heat and add green onions, cilantro, salt, pepper and lime juice.
 - Stir and serve hot.
