Maggi Samosa Recipe

- 1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1 tbsp ghee
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 packet Maggi

Instructions
- Make a dough by mixing the flour, ghee and salt and leave it to rest for 10 mins.
- While the dough rests, make maggi according to the packet instructions and allow it to cool.
- Make equal dough balls using your hands and then roll each one out.
- Cut the rolled out circle in half, placing a small amount of maggi in each half.
- Close the halves and shape it into a samosa.
- Repeat the process till the entire dough is used up and then fry the samosas in hot oil for about 10 minutes or till it turns golden brown.
- Serve immediately.
