Instructions
- Cut and remove the skin. Then wash and thinly slice
- In a bowl add thinely slcied tapioca, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, asafoetida and salt mix well then leave it for 10 min.
- Heat oil in a pan, put raw tapioca slices & deep fry till crisp.
- Then remove from oil, place it on absorbent paper, Then serve hot with tea, curd rice or any variety rice.
