Lucky for us, the unicorn food craze has been on a bit of a hiatus in the last couple of weeks (best to be quiet about it lest they hear you and reemerge). However, what’s taken its place is *drum roll* the mermaid trend. While it is deceptively close to the unicorn trend (it has a different colour palate, less glitter?) this mermaid water cocktail recipe by The Tipsy Bartender will have you feeling like you’re Ariel (or King Triton) on a warm summer’s day.
