Ingredients
- 2 cups Rice Basmathi
- 1 cup mint
- 1 cup coriander leaves
- 3-4 Numbers green chillies
- 1 inch Ginger
- 2 number clove
- 1 number cinnamon
- 1 tsp fennel seeds
- 1/2 cup Coconut grated or chopped
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 number Bay Leaf
- 4 tsp Oil
- 1/8 cup carrot
- 1/8 cup Potato
- 1/8 cup beans
- 6-7 number cashew
- 1 number tomato Very small in size

Instructions
- In a jar add mint, coriander leaves, green chilly, ginger, cinnamon,clove, fennel seeds,tomato and coconut. Grind into a wet paste.
- In a pressure cooker add oil.Once its hot, Add bay leaf and cashews. Add all the chopped vegetables.
- Now add the Mixture that is in our blender. Add salt and garam masala.
- Once the mixture starts boiling add in water. Since the mixture already has water,add lesser amount than needed. i
- Pressure cook. Once the pressure is released ,serve with cucumber raitha.
Recipe Notes
If you want the rice to be soft add a tsp of butter before pressure cooking.
