Mocha Pudding Recipe

- 150 ml Milk
- 50 gms pitted prunes
- 2 tsp instant coffee
- 50 gms soft butter
- 50 gms icing sugar
- 1 egg
- 50 gms ground almonds
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp flour

Instructions
- Add the milk, prunes, and coffee powder into your mixer and blend them together.
- Once they form a smooth mixture, add the butter, sugar, egg, almonds, cocoa powder, flour and a pinch of salt, and blend again to make a thick batter.
- Cover a cake pan with butter paper and pour your batter into it. Smooth out the batter with your spatula, and let it bake in your microwave for 6 minutes.
- Dust the pudding with some icing sugar and cocoa powder. Cut into squares and enjoy.
